Books, Podcasts, and More

Some of the places I’ve received information over the years about various health and wellness topics from people I trust know what they are talking about in this space.

While there are countless resources out there from books, podcasts, YouTube channels, Instagram accounts etc., I’m sharing just a small selection that have been a valuable source of education and insight for me, and many of them have been truly pivotal in my journey. They’ve offered the kind of knowledge and insights you don’t typically get from WebMD or a standard doctor visit.

Many of these creators, doctors, and experts work directly in chronic illness, functional medicine, and related spaces, fighting every day to raise awareness and validate serious conditions that are often overlooked. They’re also on the cutting edge of approaches that some may consider unconventional, but which focus on getting to the root cause rather than simply masking symptoms with a prescription. In addition to health and wellness, some of these also explore entrepreneurship, self-help, growth, and other topics I love.
