I’ve gathered a small collection of some of the things I’ve used over the years, from treatments and supplements to books and podcasts. It’s far from a comprehensive list, because there’s so much information out there and it can be hard to keep up with the latest news, treatments, and technologies - not just for Lyme disease, but for wellness in general. What’s worth exploring depends on what you’ve already tried, how you’re feeling now, what else may be going on in your life, and whether you have the time, energy, and financial capacity to take on a significant treatment protocol at the moment.

Some of it has been helpful, some of it has been just okay, and none of it is meant to be a one-size-fits-all suggestion. If something here piques your interest, please do your own research and check with your healthcare provider before trying any treatment or supplement, since what makes sense for one person may not make sense for another.
